All bookings must be made in advance. Prices are fixed at the time of booking. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card directly to the driver upon arrival at your destination.
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Please notify us as soon as possible if your travel plans change.
We monitor all flights. If your flight is delayed, our driver will wait for you at no extra cost. We adjust our pickup times based on the actual arrival time of your flight.
We strive to get you to your destination safely and on time. However, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen traffic conditions, accidents, or extreme weather.
